Turn off Hibernate in Windows Server 2008

In Windows Server 2008 hibernate cannot be disabled via the GUI.  It is on by default in a new build and you have to run a command line to turn it off.  As soon as you run this the hyberfil.sys file goes away without a reboot.

powercfg.exe /hibernate off
